Piper Cherokee (N1660J) - Obey the Rules of the Pattern! Traffic lower has the right of way. Traffic in the pattern has the right of way. Do not pass in the pattern. This aircraft was passing me on the inside of the pattern at KPVC, when I called on the radio to ask what he was doing, he was clueless. He did not announce once even though the slow vintage in front of me, and I had announced all the way through the pattern. WTG! Solution; I lengthened my downwind because I had to handle the situation.
