Why should Pratt talk about the cost, they know the DoD will fork over the extra money in the end, its the standard way DoD business has been done for years, alter all, its just taxpayer debt to be passed on to the next generation
Shoveling much more good money after bad. This program looks just like what happened to the old TFX program. The B1 is still flying but it is a patched together mess. Same here.
