Airbus A350 XWB arrived in Johannesburg for the first time ever
The world’s newest, most modern and efficient aircraft, the Airbus A350 XWB, has just wrapped up its successful African debut, leaving at Johannesburg’s O.R. Tambo International Airport this morning on its next test flight to Sydney, Australia. (www.aviationnews.eu) Daha Fazlası...The closest it will come to the U.S. with these certification flights is Iqualuit, Nunavut Territory, Canada. As to why this is so, your guess is as good as mine.
Why they go to Iqaluit? Cold weather testing. They used Iqaluit for the A380 cold weather testing as well.
I knew about the cold weather testing, my question, just like Hayden's question, was why they don't come to the USA.
Airbus is working their Thesaurus overtime.
