Question. Can the tiller turn the nose gear while it's stowed? The passenger said that the AC turned sharply to the right when the nose gear touched down. If it was turned(like by the tiller) when it contacted the runway, then that would cause what the passenger described. Though this was an Airbus, so you never know what they are going to do.
If you want a cheap aircraft part for a display, accent piece, etc. Check with a prop shop and see if they have any unservicable aluminum props. They can be had for cheap, or free, and will polish up to a mirror finish.
Until ruled out by autopsy those would be the first two that come to mind when there is the sudden death of a young health person. Though both of those, along with any type of insult to the brain would of quickly been found during the autopsy. She could of also had a fatal arrhythmia that would never be seen in an autopsy.
