Boeing C-97 Stratofreighter (N422AU)
This Boeing "Mini Guppy" Stratocrusier was delivered to Pan Am in 1949. It's now on display in Oregon KTMK since 2013.

well thats realy odd looking aircraft
Ugly but loveable.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a photo of one of these with the corn cob engines. I thought they were always turboprops
I saw this aircraft, which made a fuel-stop at Cheyenne, Wyoming on its way to the West coast @ 1996.
I'd never seen a piston powered Guppy either but have flown on the KC-97s with the added jets. I bet this baby used all the runway when loaded.
