McDonnell Douglas DC-10 (N101AA) - KLAX - Imperial Terminal parking lot offered great views when I took this March 1989 - I was down in LAX for the LAX Airliner Collectible Show at the Hacienda Hotel when it was held there many moons ago hosted by Tim Williams and John Dekker. That was one great show - with the rumor always circulating to watch for John Travolta to show up and buy memorabilia for his Connie collection and his Boeing 707. I never believed the rumors but people I knew who would know and honestly told me, they confirmed that Travolta did attend the LAX show a few times with a bodyguard and did buy airline memorabilia from LAX sellers but didn't hang around when he was done buying. N101AA was CN: 46500 LN:1.
