I'm counting myself quite lucky to have captured these three visitors. I had received word three weeks ago from the unit CO that a six-ship flight would be passing thru Reno enroute home to Cold Lake. Then, just eight hours before their scheduled arrival, I was again contacted by the CO and told there had been a change of plans and they would all be going to Salt Lake instead. I immediately began trying to find some way of contacting either Michael R., Jourdan L., or Nate (all FA photographers in SLC) to notify them, but before I was able to do so, I received another contact. This time I was told that three were going to Colorado Springs and three would be coming here after all. So I hustled down to Reno and made it out on to the airport grounds just as these three were coming over the airport. They began the break just as I got my camera pointed into the sky. Dark blue against blue sky is not the easiest "last second" photo to get, but I got lucky and caught this single capture of 155204 as it broke left away from the formation.
