Lockheed F-16 Fighting Falcon (86-0246)
A rather stunning surprise for us Dallas/Fort Worth area enthusiasts. SPAD 91, an F-16C (SN 86-0246), arrived at it's home base of NAS JRB Fort Worth in a fresh coat of paint to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the 457th Fighter Squadron "Spads." The tail sports the entire aircraft lineage of the 457th while the S/N sports a very Fort Worth western-style font. A welcome sight in a world where there is less and less color on military aircraft.
