I never knew they are so small

some of those kind have a gliding rate of more then 50/1. gain altitude even in minus. can stay in the air for hours. the only limitation are the lack of oxygen beyond 12000 FT.

I once looked for PH-1399 on the internet, but found two different Schleicher Aviation models, either a Schleicher ASW-27 or a Schleicher ASG-29
