— — - This was taken in mid-1960s at Lompoc, Ca. I was stationed at Vandenberg AFB at the time as was my friend, a Sgt Prince, who owned the plane. He took me along on a few cross-country flights, the most notable was north up the California coast to Hearst Castle. I think we circled 15>25 minutes to gain safe altitude to cross the mountains east of us, landed at a GA airport to refuel, then flew back to Lompoc.
