A DC-7! Just getting a capture of one is 5 * worthy, but add the reflection and it is "double value" for sure. And I'm not certain, but am I seeing a Shorts Sherpa back there in the distance? Not one, but two? Tim, if those are indeed Sherpas and if you caught any clicks of those two together, please share, OK? That'd be another rare snap.

Thanks, those are actually MV-22's in the background.

Thanx, Tim. Now that these old eyes have been told what they are actually seeing, it is indeed pretty obvious those are Ospreys. (Bad case of old-timer brain allowing wishful thinking to interpret the scene.) Still, a pair of Ospreys is equally cool. TYVM for setting me straight, Tim. (Wave)

This DC-7B was originally owned and operated by Eastern Airlines.

This photo brings back some fond memories. My first flight was in 1963 on one of these DC-7's from South African Airways. Those days we still dressed up in suits when flying.
