This aircraft is owned by a holding company owned by Stephen Germain. Germain owns auto dealerships and other properties in both Florida and Columbus Ohio. This aircraft often makes flights between KORL and KCMH. It's highly unlikely that this flight has anything to do with Casey Anthony.

How exactly would she afford this flight?

She was actually on N950KA. Pilatus PC12. Departed Executive with no flight plan filed.

I agree it is not the jet to Ohio. The morning news in So. Florida said it was a single engine prop plane. The only one that left the Orlando area before 3 AM was N40755 a PA28 which filed for Naples, however, as you will see, it back tracked to Melbourne. http://flightaware.com/live/flight/N40755 This puts her close to her attorney who is still working on appeals and other legal matters. Yet, there is still another alternative. She flew out VFR or didn't fly out at all. It could be a smoke screen!

@Towe443 - Did you actually see her personally get on the aircraft and take-off, or is this another piece of hearsay evidence? As far as I'm concerned, the case is over and she cannot be tried again. Therefore, who cares what she does from hereon out. If she did kill her child, I sure we will hear about her again, just like OJ!

Towe443 is completely correct, this ain't the plane. We watched it take off and it was definitely a PC-12 but no one I was with could make out the tail numbers. There was no flight plan listed and the plane started up and taxied to the runway with no lighting at all. From our vantage point it didn't even look like there were cabin lights on. Once on the runway and after run-up, they turned on the lights, throttled up and were gone. We didn't see her, we just know that one of the cars from Masons office came to KORL and drove to the area of this airplane.

Towe443 is correct, but this is the tail number they flew under [http://flightaware.com/live/flight/N956KA N956KA]

They must've gone VFR from Orlando to Panama City.

That PC12 is registered to a company affiliated with Todd Macaluso. He's the attorney that was part of the defense that quit after some trouble with the California Bar.

Roger, are you sure on the tail numbers? We have N950KA reported taking off under unusual circumstances, from ORL VFR at midnight and then taking off later in the day from John Wayne to KSQL (San Carlos). At least the times fit.

Just so you know, there is $25 Grand to whomever provides info to her location. I can buy a lot of cheeseburgers with that kind of quacking...

It was definitely N956KA, radar history shows that N956KA was in the area and N956KA's registration is missing from the FAA's public Aircraft Registration database. Also, N956KA landed and took off from Orlando but the flight plans do not reflect that. Radar history: http://www.helloflight.com/flights/n956ka/ (click the Map button on the Map to make the flight track show up better) FAA's Aircraft Registration database: http://www.faa.gov/licenses_certificates/aircraft_certification/aircraft_registry/releasable_aircraft_download/

Ahh this is important - why?

Not important, just fun to try and figure out what people did when they don't want you to know what they did.

It's important because it's fun. Look at it like a scavenger hunt, or a hare and hound contest. Some folks think those things are fun and don't act like party poopers. Ask yourself why you would be commenting on something that you don't care about.

I suppose someone on here has already tried to find ATC transmissions and couldn't find any?

Robert, thanks for the info... I didn't know that some of this could be looked up like you have pointed out.

See, some learnin HAS been gleaned from this, are you sticks-in-the-mud happy or you want to poo-poo some more?

Looks like she headed for the other crazies in California. Finally we got her out of Florida.

Anyone know?, in situations like this do they ask the FAA permission for an aircraftid that does not match their tail number? or do they "accidentally" write 6 instead of 0 on paperwork? or do they set a transponder to broadcast n956ka? How does "N956KA" get in the ASDI feed if 956KA is not their NNumber and the aren't an airline with an ICAO code of "N95"?

its common for 2 give an incorrect N number during flight. when you fly multiple planes it can get confusing on what N number your flying if it aint writ on the panel. so they prolly just parlayed this bit of idiom and filed from panama city as 956ka instead of 950ka but it looks like the 2 are one and same. if challenged by atc they could just so " ohh sorry abut that Im really 950ka" and get on down the road. atc aint gonna say nothin, Ive done it several times by mistake but they did it intentionaly.
