Gold Star family booed on flight

I'm not sure where this flight originated, thus who the pax would be, but this is a real shame to read about what a lack of respect some people have for the parents of a fallen serviceman. To the pilots here, what would you have said or done in this instance? (tribunist.com) Daha Fazlası...

Sorry, it wasn't in the queue when I visited the FA site before I posted. I don't really understand the down-votes though (old news = Boos?). The story still struck me as a sad event for a mourning family and I was curious about a PIC's choices of actions.
