"I have been hearing voices and hallucinating for 2 months, I think that I am going to go get on an airplane today" nice logic

Here we go again. The fact that this could have been prevented by racial profiling is lost to everyone, including the flight attendants and flight crew. Until muslim's are not the only one's who are terrorist's, they shouldn't be allowed on any flights. It's pretty easy to see who is a muslim and who isn't.

hmmmm..I don't usually reply to squawks, just report them. This act has nothing to do with whether the gentleman was arab, or not. The question is: whether, or not, he was affected by a mental illness. It mat prove out that he was, or wasn't. To casually state that you've been affected by halucinations for 2 months and wonder why someone could then get on an airplane is insensitive at best, and ignorant at worst. You, my friend, have obviously never had a family member afflict with schizophrenia, for as we all know..when schizophrenia is involved logic, often times, goes out the window.

I didn't say he was an arab, I said he was a muslim. The fact that he yelled "Allahu Akbar" as he tried to rush the cockpit sort of proves he was a wacked out muslim don't you think? I don't care what medication he was on, there isn't any anti-muslim pill you can take so why is his "medication" an issue? It's not rocket science, if you scream "allahu akbar" and try to kill people or take over an airliner then that's a really good hint that you're a muslim hellbent on terrorism. Hence, racial profiling would have provented this from happening.

ok, I meant Muslim. There are miliions and millions of Muslims who are not terrorists. Following your logic, I would suggest that no Christian's be allowed to fly, owing to the fact that the Oklahoma City bombings were carried out by a Christian. Question. Do you happen to be a white, anglo saxon, protestant, Christian, middle class American? If so, you certainly don't need to be worried about being the target of the racial profiling you so strongly advocate. You only succeed in proving one thing by your rantings..you can't argue with narrow minded, paranoid American illogical assumptions. What you advocate is against the original American ideals.

"There are millions and millions of Muslims who are not terrorists"
But there are very few (if any) terrorists who are not Muslim. . .

Here we go again. The racial profiling is being slammed because it's viewed as "unjust" and "prejudiced". Well vincentvan, you have your wish. There isn't any more racial profiling and because of that, we're stuck with terrorist attacks every single day. Thanks a lot.
One day you'll realize that racial profiling saves lives and your insane "politically correct" way of life just allows terrorists to flourish. Christians don't go around killing people and screaming "allah akbar", but vincentvan attacks them and tries to say I'm prejudice. Yeah, it's one screwed up system we have. Unbelievable, just unbelievable. Common sense is under criticism and terrorism is welcomed. What a sick society. Congradulations bin laden, you got what you want. Americans are so afraid of "offending" the people who kill them that they invent laws to ensure nobody makes the muslims "uncomfortable" as they pull the pins out of the grenades.

The suggestion for medication was not for the guy trying to break into the cabin . . .

Yeah, I caught that after the fact. Sorry Joe.
