Engine failure due to fuel starvation - he forgot to switch tanks - belly landing - forgot to extend gear - sleepy freight dog or pilot who needs more training?
I hadn't heard that thanks for the update. Doubt it was a freight flight though as there were two people on board and it is registered to an individual not a corporation.
