As in CIA dead? He sure ain't gonna fry if he goes thru our pussy court system.
Ya....as in our government sends some Jason Bourne guy over to take him out so we don't have to deal with him when he gets back.
When someone turns like this, the counter-intelligence folks always prefer to have them brought in alive. That way they can get a better reading on the CI vulnerabilities and damage done to the compromised collection systems.
