Nice story...forwarded to by just retired SW female pilot friend.
She was doing exactly like was expected of her and others, yes she did a good job in handling it along with those on the cabin crew. By the way the latter had a very stressful job some what worse that the pilot did. Think about what they saw and were trying to handle with the pax.
