American Airlines Robert Isom Provides Update on Coronavirus

Well,mr isom gave a very concise,to the point and reassuring message to those who fly on American..let us hope they can and do live up to his words...people are not in a panic,but they are fearful as in airports,and on planes,you are around people of all ages and ethnicities,and you and they are touching lots of surfaces and actually other people..i only know that with the necessity for "on time" departures from the gate,,the ramppers barely have time to pick up the trash,let alone spray and clean every seat and touchable surface on the plane with a sanitizer,nor do they put on fresh blankets and pillows..adjusting of flight schedules due to cancellations is a given....
