question: how hard would it be to pressure/petition the FAA to define the difference between an RC and a Drone? from what I know, there isnt a clear difference and the media seems to love using that.
I think the FAA tries to avoid using the word "drone" and prefers "UAS" to classify them instead, with "model aircraft" as a subclass of that: https://www.faa.gov/uas/
Sad part is you can't use a shotgun off the 36th floor.
