People get angry for good reason but also b/c they may be sick, they may have experienced recent trauma or loss or insults or stresses of innumerable type, some people are gradually worn down by an accumulation of stressors that eventually causes a decompensation often triggered by a seemingly minor confrontation. I learned recently first hand that this ins NOT a justice system it is a corrupt arbitrary INJUSTICE system where judges shoot from the hip based on their personal biases and abrupt unconsidered judgements especially the high-handed as in 'i'm God's legal gift to humanity' women judges. The big problem with these women attorneys and judges is their viewpoint derives from their role as mothers taking care of children rather than the context of adults among adults. They are arrogant stupid fools applying kindergarten mentalities to adult worlds. As for the cabin staff they also have arisen as Nazi fascists, i personally depise them. If you dont smile the proper way theose A-Hs will call the marshalls and have your arrested. I dont want them to even lookk at me. I am vastly more accomlished than them including a long Army career. I find this entire matter thoroughly disgusting but not nearly disgusting as the unforgiving fascist brutal commentary associated with it.

your opinions are shameful. it was just an interpersonal altercation reflecting a crew and surrounding passengers incompetence in what should have been an easy task of settling the situation. No doubt both rhe crew and passengers mindlessly and with very poor judgement actually amplified the anger with their ill considered foolish belligerence. And the idea that a few people arguing threatened the flight is a preposterous lie. But the other aspect of this is that it illustrates that many in the general public are incredibly brutal,exactly why the Nazis had no problem finding ample staffing for their extermination camps.

Any event - concerts, football, baseball basketball etc and of course airports. The media is all about elevating government and its police powers over us. Yes but she WAS Black and Blacks at that point were still only ~ 60 yrs removed from slavery and were still facing a great deal of in-your-face discrimination, insults, and disrespect. That was still an era that would continue for another 30-40 yrs of physical attacks of the most violent and shameful kind on Blacks. So this must be put in the context of the times in which Bessie lived. Today of course Blacks are accorded the respect and kindness they deserve as accomplished contributing Americans. but back then it was a life of great uncertainty for them. Some whites treated them well but others were grossly insulting rude and threatening to them. To my mind Bessie was indeed a courageous pioneer. Courageous b/c certainly she prevailed against the discouraging disrespectful racial insults and snide put-downs. Pioneer b/c she indeed was such. I for one am very proud of Bessie and every time i see her in an aviation museum i give her a silent moment of admiration and appreciation.

Well yes, what we have as with inflation are the second and higher order reverberations of the stupidity of governmental Covid policies that not only did not stop the virus but as i interpret the overall data (longitudinal variations in incidence and mortality rates) actually made things far worse that they otherwise would have been if the only measures taken were isolated to the highest risk groups. Just as these pilots are seeing, and i too on recent trip to New Orleans and back (just barely) what i saw during the so called Covid pandemic was unprecedented in my long medical (MD) career. When i tell people that no i was not busy as a matter of fact was actually layed off b/c of so few sick patients, they dont believe it. But i work in a very large tourist dominated city where in previous influenza pandemics sick, very sick people during the flu season were everywhere and many very very sick. Supposed pandemic, clinically overwhelmingly inconsequential pandemic (except for the many killed by the gross malpractice and overtreatment by a medical profession that willingly conceded to the irrational fear and panic).
