Flybe: Guernsey to Southampton morning flight 'may not be lost'

The early morning southampton flight from guernsey airport could continue even if flybe closes it bas in the island, the airport director says. The airline is consulting with staff and unions about closing six of its british isle bases to save £85m. British Airways Jumbo Jet Strikes a Building

A British Airways (IAG:LN) jumbo jet had an unfortunate collision with a building in South Africa before a flight to London. Pilots apparently steered onto the wrong taxiway late Sunday preparing to depart OR Tambo International Airport near Johannesburg, causing the plane’s wing to plow into a brick building adjacent to the airfield.
