What's the big deal over the picture -it's a good picture -no matter who took it, if it come from the internet it's a public Domain -is that correct? The thing doesn't have a copy write,does it? Seems like your wanting to just pick on the guy -or find something wrong with the photo -as far as I know you can post any picture you want on here as long as it doesn't have a private copyright -you don't have to be a pilot to post a picture as far as I know -all the pictures of any type Aircraft interest me-I don't care if it's a lazy boy recliner chair with wing's -to me and many other's, they would probably want to see it -I might be wrong -let the viewers decide -me I don't care where the photo come's from or what it is as long as it fly's I'm go'in to be interested -the more wacky the better -just make's for a better conversation piece -may be that you all would rather see noting but a 320 AB or 757 Boeing's all 2 run of the mill plane's you can see everytime you look up -I would like to see more of the strange experimental kind'a flying machines -

Answer - No. It is quite the contrary. Most photos you see on the internet are NOT in the public domain.

This is a Russian-made IL-78, the tanker version of the IL-76. The Pakistan Air Force has four of these, ex-Ukranian military.

The photo is perhaps an official one taken from another PAF aircraft flying along side.

Regardless of the provenance of the photo, I like seeing unusual airplanes in unusual settings. Cool pic.

Yes one siting in Marquette More then 6 years i flying from Serman Denison airport 2009
