Sure looks like an old -200.
That’s a 737-2S3(Adv)
The picture is of a 737-100 or -200, not a -700. Look at the thrust reverser on the right engine. See the aerodynamic cover for the outer actuator? That is for a clamshell type reverser, not a cascade-type reverser as installed on CFM-56 engines. Having looked at the other picture available for YV169T, I would say that the fuselage is short enough to be a -100, but it's been so long since I have seen one I can't be sure.
