Standing in my home in Cave Creek AZ, off in the distance I hear a Chinook closing in. Being ex military I know the sound very well. I had less than 10 seconds to grab my new Canon R5 off the counter run out back and click 3 pics before she was over my rooftop and out of view. I'm like a kid at Christmas every time I hear or see one. I was fortunate enough to have been a co-pilot twice. Running the controls, I asked the pilot if I could land her on the back of the ship.
