Eurocopter EC-635 (N835CS)

Per Cirium: This AirCare Eurocopter EC135 P2+, affiliated with the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC), reportedly crashed in a heavily wooded area south of the Natchez Trace Parkway and north of Highway 43 in Madison County, Mississippi, on March 10, 2025. A county sheriff stated that the crew reported ‘losing power’ before the helicopter crashed minutes after takeoff, killing one pilot and two medical personnel from UMMC. The accident happened in daylight (1236L) and in VMC. The helicopter had just delivered a patient and refueled at UMMC in Jackson and was returning to Columbus, Mississippi, where it was based.
