Hakodate having an airport still blows my mind. When I was stationed on Hokkaido many, many years ago, it was a fishing village. Chitose also, now with an airport. Then, there was only an airfield used by the Japanese Air Defense Force, flying F-86s. You got to Hokkaido by train, all the way up to Aomori on the tip of Honshu, then with you still in your seats the cars were loaded on a ferry which sailed across the straits to Hakodate where you were hooked to a locomotive and you rode up to Chitose and on to Sapporo and etc. Anyway, nice pic.
Interesting-- the Activity Log reports it as A321ceo (A321), but it says A321neo on the airplane itself (A21N). Where does the FA chain of information break down, I wonder?
