(Mr Steel "resigned" showing health reasons after only two years at the helm; one suspects the deep and broad corruption within the organization and the impulsive interference from incompetent government top honchos may have had something to do with his health!) Steels legacy lives on - and for the better. This is one of two Q400s that now ply the domestic skies along with a handful privately owned operators.
