North American P-51 Mustang (N991R)

Even tho it is only April and this year's races are scheduled for September, there is concern. Five months seems like a long time, but an event as large as the NCAR cannot be held if the mandatory precautions against the virus are still "in force." Already, this year's annual Burning Man event is on the verge of being cancelled. I would not be at all surprised to hear that the Air Races will not be held this year. The virus is having its devastating impact on lives and on the economy of the entire world, and Reno will not be exempt.

5 stars doesn't cover it. Doesn't really matter what the livery is, the Mustang is magnificent, but the racing liveries ARE special. You are right on about the virus. There are stories circulating here that Virgin Australia is in big trouble. Though they're far from being alone of course in respect of all businesses, potentially losing an airline here just hands the whole game to Qantas and its subsidiary, Jetstar. Monopoly is not good in any respect.
