Looks to me like they're departing based on the clearly visible hot stream of gases emitting from engines #2 & #3, thus appearing to be at full power.
Excellent use of telephoto lenses, and, superb clarity of every detail to include some visualization of the pilot's face.
Nothing like flying "THE BEAST".
