I have never experienced a worse FBO anywhere in the United States. Despite the locals liking the place, if you are transient, they are rude and gouge traffic passing through. the experience was so bad I am reporting them to the FAA, they delayed my department placing my flight into bad weather. I won't go into the details of the entire experience, but they are on some kind of ego and power trip.... making up their own demands and rules....I would encourage all transient traffic to use a different operator at this airport. Very bad experience using KJC. KJC does not answer any written communication. I sent a fax asking for information and got no reply. I had to call. I was told everything is handled by phone. I had to accept charges I was not willing to accept or the car would not be rented. I had to pay extra charge for being a foreigner, from the Republic of Panama, using my Panamanian driver’s license. KJC did not allow me to decline DW cover although my credit card covers it, causing me more expenses. My AOPA Car rental discount, I am an AOPA Member, was not honored by KJC I was told that refuel process could take up to 2 hours. I was with my whole family, including my 1 and a half granddaughter, and could not change plans as easily and go elsewhere. Cessna Citation 1SP |

This is our go-to FBO in the Orlando area. I have never been charged a fee for anything. No landing fee, no ramp fee, no overnight fee - NADA! The gas is cheap (sometimes several dollars a gallon cheaper than other FBOs). The staff knows us by name when we walk in. The line crew displays true concern when handling the airplane. Jeannie the manager is always very pleasant. The rental car paperwork is always already filled out for us when we arrive. My wife looks forward to visiting this FBO as much as she looks forward to the vacation itself! Piper Cherokee |

I used this FBO because of lower fuel prices. I was somewhat concerned because of reading bad reviews. We arrived on a Friday and departed on Tuesday. We were not charged a ramp fee or parking. I called them 2 hours before leaving to have plane topped off and when I arrived our plane was topped as requested and they towed the plane to the front door and lineman helped us load our baggage. I would use them again Cessna 206 Stationair |

We used Kissimmee Aviation twice during our trip from Brazil to US, the fuel price is very attractive and the rental car availability was good, even on a NBAA Week. The Facilities are old, but covers all the basic needs...
The ramp was really full at the NBAA week, was impressed on how the departure was handled smoothly
Overall a good experience that could get better with new facilities and equipment.
