Ryanair boss O'Leary doubts global warming and science
Charging for toilets, weighing passengers and flying with a lone pilot: Ryanair's combative boss Michael O'Leary is renowned for backing unusual ideas, but some passengers may feel that even he has overstepped the mark with his latest comments – denying the existence of global warming.... "The scientific community has nearly always been wrong in history anyway." (www.independent.co.uk) Daha Fazlası...Sort type: [Top] [Newest]
Anyone who thinks the rather small human herd that roams this orb can affect the climate with their macinations does not comprehend the size of the total system. Al Gore figured out how to make millions getting people to buy "carbon credits," as if there is anything the herd can do to change anything. It is time to say NO to Gore and the lunitic fringe of science.
Yeah, actually this guy does seem to be pretty clever! Even we're talking about him!! Good publicity :) But I do wish you could weigh passengers with their bags. If it was gross weight I'd be able to pack so many more pair of shoes when I fly!!!!! ;)
Yeah, and the earth is flat. What a greedy dunce! Just because the guy thinks he knows how to increase profits doesn't necessarily make him intelligent.
Actually I see all this media attention as more Ryanair frugality. Look how much his name, and more importantly title with his company name included is in the press. I doubt they're paying to have these stories published.
"The scientific community has nearly always been wrong in history anyway." Ha, this guy is a complete moron.
O'Leary is one of those people that just won't go away. It's okay to flaunt your whimsical ideas, but just make sure you have a product the people want. In the end that's all that matters. Who cares about global warming? No one taking the active runway does, that's for sure.
