The Dispute Continues: What’s the Endgame for the British Airways Cabin Crew Strike?
This Saturday marks the 60th day of strike action by British Airways cabin crew - British Airways is making concessions so how is it going to end? (www.paddleyourownkanoo.com) Daha Fazlası...Sort type: [Top] [Newest]
No airline is sustainable with this type of job action and demand for "concessions" will never end. BA will need to begin to break up with their single aisle aircraft being used for their commuter services and another for short haul with long haul fleet likewise divided as Air Canada did with a vacation component and a regular service haul. They can take the opportunity to shut down routes and services that are not profitable or do not contribute to the conglomerate. Rather than trying to "mix" their crews, each company would be able to deal separately with the unions without shutting down the whole operation.
