A nightmare at the Laredo International Airport

Am I the only one who says she brought this on herself? WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! More her fault than Allegiant's.
Can we be more specific? It looks to be the airline's problem, not the airport. She says she has had previous troubles with Allegiant. Other airlines fly out of LRD, perhaps not at the price she would prefer.
I agree that this is Allegiant's problem, not the airport's. Also, I assume this unhappy passenger wasn't the only one on the flight, so what about the others? Surely one or more of them were unhappy with the delay. Can they corroborate the account? How were they treated by Allegiant?
Ya fly cheep and gripe about service? Give me a break and then expect something out of the airport? Dumb person all the way don't like them don't fly them find a better airline cant be that hard may take driving a little ways but better service.
