Boeing 747-400 (LX-NCL)
CLX'S Beautiful Retro bird touching down 23-R on 03-01-24. We don't get to see her much here at IND, but when we do, she usually comes in in cruddy light & wx, like yesterday.

That beautiful flat black nose and flat black windshield sun deflector is how I remember the Queen from back in the PanAm days!

@Gunnar. Yes, I know how you feel. Every time I go past there, it's like driving past your childhood home. I believe you were probably there when they built the place. Do you remember what year that hangar was built?
All we need now is the sound of 16 tyres all "chirping" one after another... YAL-001 aircraft I supported 2004-12 at EAFB was a -400 (ABL laser program) but we were never near enough to 22L to hear her land... and all the ground carts and such near us on the ramp didn't help. (ABL had no APU).
