Boeing 737-800 (VH-YIR)

Not too many minutes after this shot was taken I was instructed by police to vacate the area due to passengers disembarking a Jetstar flight from Sydney. Although flights between Sydney and Adelaide are allowed again, due to some Covid-19 clusters being found again in Sydney, their passenger movement is heavily controlled.

I was at the Gate 25 window and the Jetstar flight arrived at Gate 26 meaning pax had to pass behind me to a police checkpoint. Even though there was plenty of separation, the passenger line created a barrier and the police had to clear the area. Mind you, I was the only one inside the line.

Luckily that Jetstar flight was very late or I would have had to move before this Virgin flight took off.

Thanks Mike. I once heard that Virgin crews referred to their EMBs as Ferraris! Comfort wasn't their only plus.
