He's gonna be crying when the sheriff's department seizes the plane and keeps it for their own use under civil asset forfeiture, even if he isn't convicted.
maybe someone more responsible and with more respect for aviation will then take ownership of it. the plane deserves a better home.
I bet the crime he committed thus driving up reported crime in his area is what is driving down his property value. jk. But in all seriousness, this story sounds funny.
