Good for him, it's about time that people either stand up to the airplines and their poor service, or quit flying all together.
Don't quit flying, I will be out of a future job! They do need to fix the poor service however.

On any given afternoon, say about 1400 hrs EDT, check the FAA website for delays. On over 80% the days, LGA, EWR are "weather bound" Now, check the local NYC weather. Surprise! So, it's TMI, not weather, but wait. If it's a weather delay, then the airlines have no liability.
